How long will it take to get my order?
We ship everything USPS through Priority & First Class Mail (most international orders go First Class International). Packages weighing 14 ounces or more (2-3 shirts and/or hoody) are shipped priority, everything under goes First Class. Orders take 1-2 days to process, plus transit time. Transit time for Priority is 2-3 business days, First Class is about 2-5 business days, and First Class International can be 8-14 business days. However, we only ship out international orders once a week so please be patient.
Can I exchange or return an item I purchase from exalté?
No, we do not accept returns and exchanges as all sales are final. We only honor returns if the wrong size or damaged items were sent out and the shipping fee will be waived.
